my enduring gratitude for your honourable and broad-spectrum humanitarian exegeses, george, particularly on behalf of the besieged, beleaguered, and dismissed palestinians. you are a treasure i cannot live without when i log onto the internet, throughout this, our near-hopeless commitment to focussing western govt lenses on the desuetude and gotterdammerung of despair our palestinian consoeurs and confrères have suffered everyday of their lives for over 8 decades. jeanie mceachern.

The synagogue is in Australia, not Palestine.

Unless the funding of the zionist endeavor was a significant activity of the synagogue, the attack is unwarranted.

It needs to be proven who is responsible, because false flag events are going to happen everywhere.

The Zionist bombing of Mosques , Churches throughout Gaza goes unanswered. Without outrage, or condemnation against ZIONIST by WESTERN GOVERNMENTS.ZIONIST who perpetrated their DESTRUCTION based on ETHNIC CLEANSING OF PALESTINIANS AND ISLAMIC , CHRISTIAN FAITH FROM PALESTINE. IS IGNORED. Citizens in WESTERN COUNTRIES are told to feel outrage when a Synagogue is attacked. That ANTI- SEMITISM is not allowed in their COUNTRIES.

And the chances of it being a false flag are incredibly high.

Brilliantly said Jim. Your recollection of the anti-Semitism the Zionists love to engage in and then bleat about, was superbly assessed. Thank you. George.

Many "anti Semitic" attacks have been found to be inside jobs. There is a good chance this one is as well.

Exactly, never believe it, until they can prove it wasn’t a false flag. Cry wolf enough and all credibility is lost!!

I hadn't heard about this incident in Melbourne, but I can't say I'm surprised. Ironically, those look like Orthodox Jews, who usually aren't even Zionist. Of course, we're not supposed to know that because Zionist propaganda paints all Jews as Zionist, and they WANT things like this to happen in order to elicit sympathy for themselves.

A higher percentage of Orthodox Jews are pro-Israel than non-orthodox. I’d be interested to know if freshly killed Palestinians land is being sold there. I also bet there is a good chance of a false flag event. They can’t label it antisemitic without proof of what happened.

Seems like this assumes that the attack on the synagogue was a retaliation for what's happening in Gaza. But might it not have simply been an act of antisemitism--ACTUAL antisemitism, Jew hatred, not antiZionism? There are still antisemites in the world, though nowhere near the number the Zionists pretend.

Whatever motivated the attack, why it was undertaken and whoever did it, Gaza would have been the underlying reason. Duplicity is always designed to deceive. Look at the riots in Amsterdam and the narrative run there and what it was designed to create and do.

I don't see why Gaza was necessarily the motive, and I don't understand the reference to what happened in Amsterdam. That looks very much like a planned piece of political theater put on by Mossad; surely they would not have firebombed a synagogue in Australia. Yes I DO think they allowed the killing of 1000 Jews in Israel on 10/7 (a significant percentage killed by Israeli forces) but that was a sacrifice designed to justify the elimination of Palestinians from Gaza (and maybe the West Bank next). For that, a lot of Jews could be sacrificed. But I suppose maybe few Jews died in this e vent, and they may see non-Israeli Jews as more expendable; may have judged that Australia needed its Zionism goosed.

Zionism needs anti-Jewishness in order to survive. Zionism is anti-Semitic.

That means NOT pointing fingers.

Until a year ago (exactly) when my wife and I celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in Melbourne and went to a restaurant alongside Rippon Lea Railway Station - I only knew Rippon Lea as the beautiful historic National Trust building. And I had no idea of the suburb's Jewish Zionist character until walking down the street - then finding the Jewish War Memorial in the park on the other side of the station. Nor did I know that this was the centre of the Adass Israel Synagogue - the same community which harboured recent years paedophiles. Two thoughts with the attack I posted elsewhere - but I see one echoed a number of times below - a false flag Zionist/Mossad attack (as if from another source). If you read Avi Shlaim's 2023 published "Three Worlds" (Memoir of an Arab Jew) out of Baghdad - he writes of the Zionists "anti-Semitic attacks in Iraq and in Morocco - and elsewhere - to frighten those centuries/more Jewish communities to flee to the newly set up Israeli State - run mainly by the northern European Polish and Ukrainian Ashkenazim Zionists. I suspect the so-called anti-SEmitic attacks in Sydney are similarly staged. My other thought was revenge by someone whose nnocence had been stolen by one of the community's paedophiles. Asa Winstanley in the UK in his recent book Weaponising Anti-Semitism speaks of the way the Zionists moved against Jeremy Corbyn - and how he didn't wake up to the way in which they were moving against him from 2015 onwards till they managed his ouster and then hollowed out the Labour Party by also targeting others with false claims of anti-Semitism - and that one of the principals behind the attacks was Melbourne-born and dual Australian/Israeli nationality Mark REGEV - side-kick to Netanyahu and at that time Israel's Ambassador to the UK.

Jew hatred ( which means anti Semitism ) must be condemned and it’s rise all the time. To justify the fire bombing of a Melbourne synagogue by conflating to the 76 year old conflict in the middle east by stating the Palestinians have been brutalised because of the Jewish states existence and painting the Palestinians as the eternal victims and Jews pretending to be victims .

The fact is Jews who were kicked out of Arab and Muslim states over 65 years ago moved on yes whilst UNWRA and Arabs who call themselves Palestinians turned themselves into eternal artificial refugee victims and causing terrorism ( black sept ) in Jordan and a civil war in Lebanon and whose goal was the destruction of the Jewish state for the get go not building a seperate state. They don’t want Jews in Gaza or Jordan or West Bank area ruled by PA. The so called nuance you show is pathetic and disingenuous and always one sided anti Zionist. You omit these facts.
