The silence is deafening. And most western leaders are deeply racist. They have to be to support this kind of carnage.

There’s no humanity. It’s clear. The world’s powers have been totally corrupted by Zionist money. Money rules everything.

Every day is heartbreaking for innocent lives lost but the ‘red line’, now drawn in blood, has apparently been obliterated together with humanity 💔

Thank you Ted and I agree with you entirely. There have been many missed opportunities - however, this current day, Norway, Spain and Ireland are leading the way. It’s pleasing to know hope does still exist, we should embrace it? How do we as a nation pick our friends? Simple! We do so through better leadership and no being obsequious.

George, just for info... "The correct term is, “hear, hear!” It is an abbreviation for “hear, all ye good people, hear what this brilliant and eloquent speaker has to say!” ... I only know as I was picked up on it recently... plus on another one I get wrong "bare vs bear".... bloody English hey !.

Now good post, but what have "Ireland, Spain and Norway" actually done ?... they have recognised Palestine AS A STATE ... now I am no lawyer, but the definition is apparently "States are defined by sovereignty over territory and a group of people. They are what we commonly call countries." - getting it yet ?.

The "state gets smaller and smaller".... what a sick World we live in, with these satanic Zionists.

<< It’s the leaders of Ireland, Spain and Norway who’ve shown a moral integrity many others lack. Their leadership offers the world, and their people hope still does exist in a world lacking in morality. >>

Agreed! Sadly, I see neither the UK nor USA on that short list...

That's well said George.

I noted our minister for American Foreign Affairs, Senator Wong, called out Israel for this atrocity, then blamed Hamas for hiding amongst civilians.

Senator Wong, their homes have been flattened and their families shelter in tents. When they are at home eating or sleeping with their families, they are NON-COMBATANTS.

I think Senator Wong had little to say when the IDF entered the hospital in Jenin, on two occasions, and murdered patients in their beds.

Would it be okay for Australian soldiers to be murdered while recovering in hospital from wounds or illness, or killed with their families while at home on leave?

I think not.

Such actions are reserved for Palestinians, and we know it must be right, because the most moral army in the world does it.

George, while I agree that the recognition of the state of Palestine by Ireland, Norway and Spain is a moral act, surely the proper time for the world to recognise Palestine was when Arafat and the PLO recognised Israel in 1993.

When the Oslo Accords were signed in 1993, there were 128 settlements in the West Bank with about 250,000 Israeli settlers. Today there are over 300 settlements in the West Bank and over 750,000 Israelis occupying land in the occupied Palestinian territories.

The western world has stood idly by, making disaproving sounds, accompanied by much hand wringing, while settlements multiplied, Palestinians lost their homes and livelihoods, the Israeli occupation forces killed Palestinians at will and time in an Israeli prison became a right of passage. And NOW, some western nations believe its time for a Palestinian state while, Justice for Palestinians isn't considered.

We in the west, led by the USA, wish to set up a quisling government suitable to the Israelis, to ensure peace for Israel, while the Palestinians are left to age and die in their Bantustans in the West Bank and Gaza.

The geopolitical needs of the American Empire take precedence over the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, just as they superceded the rights of the people of Cuba, Congo, Vietnam, Chile, El-Salvadore, Nicaragua, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Venezuela and probably others I've forgotten.

Every one of those interventions came at great societal cost in the affected nation, but corporate America always had a win.

How do we, as a nation, pick our friends?
