Netanyahu’s Gaza war crimes a toll too great

When is enough, enough, and when does the international community decide it can no longer sit by and watch the moral turpitude of the Israeli Government continue the slaughter of innocent Palestinians?

At what point does one’s moral conscience awaken to the hatred being enacted not by good and decent Jewish people, they too are innocent victims - but by a regime, who have since October 7, shown not only are they like Hamas, but infinitely worse - terrorists who have by the international community’s inaction - sanctioned Benjamin Netanyahu’s butchery?

Israel is committing grievous war crimes and Netanyahu is Israel’s chief war criminal.

Many who will read this - will do so through a place of fear, robbed of any capacity to morally think through issues as they are, and captured by a false narrative - only people who are decent and good stand with Israel.  

If you don’t, then you’re labelled an antisemite, a Jew hater, a Nazi.

But it is Netanyahu who is today’s Hitler - his barbarity is no different.

Hitler would be proud of Bibi.

There will be those who will find the description of Netanyahu as offensive - and?

What is offensive are Netanyahu’s war crimes - his relentless slaughter and the world’s shameful failure to show humanity and act - instead world leaders have sat in silence enveloped by fear and afraid to speak out.  

Their silence and indignation have been bought because self-interest rather than human rights and the sanctity of life, and moral justice mean nothing compared to ‘living fat.’

So, why does the Western world feel compelled to stand by Netanyahu and the Israeli Government, especially with the extent of war crimes and the genocidal quest it is undertaking?

Do Israel’s tentacles spread so far that nations are fearful to rail against it and why?

All Arab nations have also sat and watched as the massacre of innocent Palestinians continues to unfold - they too should hang their heads in disgust.

Netanyahu’s narrative of ridding Gaza of Hamas is a lie. 

He is not distinguishing between civilians, and combatants - he hasn’t from the start.

His regime is committing genocide, and it is doing so with the world’s blessing.

And Israel’s partner in crime - the US, supports its genocidal quest with arms, special forces, naval support and funding and the ra ra of political and diplomatic encouragement.

If we ever want to fulfil our roles as humans - then our humanity must be on display.

Those who label anyone as antisemites because they condemn the atrocities enacted against the Palestinians (that also applies to Hamas), must reflect - by supporting the Israeli government and Netanyahu they are supporting the perils of Zionistic politics.

The world has allowed itself to be brainwashed by propaganda, by a regime and ideology Jews around the world find offensive and evil.  

Israel’s actions are not an effective means of deterrence, but collective punishment and Netanyahu's agenda goes beyond self-defence.

Collective punishment, the expansion of settlements, and the annexation of territories all feed into an intent to oppress Palestinian’s, rather than dismantle Hamas's military capabilities.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) holds that military and political leaders can be held personally accountable for war crimes committed by forces under their command.

Netanyahu, along with those internationally who support his butchery, must be tried for war crimes for ordering, condoning, or failing to prevent actions that may constitute violations of international humanitarian law.

And while the international community sits and watches the eradication of Palestinians, it also views the Israeli Defence Force’s actions as disproportionate to Hamas’s attack of October 7.

If its disproportionate, then do something?

The casualty rate of civilians, including children, has been extraordinarily alarming.

A statistic the world must reflect on is the number of children who have died in Gaza because of Netanyahu’s kill at all costs approach.

More Palestinian children have been killed in Gaza since October 7, than any conflict in the world collectively since 2020 and Netanyahu continues to kill at will.

The global community can no longer sit idly by and watch the genocide of Palestinians occur. Enough is enough.
